Service was on point. I never had to ask for a refill for the rose water tea. It was little to sweet for me and I didn't know it could come half sweet. Fair prices for most menu options and some feast options as well for families. I will be coming back to try a feast options. The koftua wrap was very flavorful. Ambiance was not too loud for lunch time. Out door shaded seating available during Texas fall could be ideal.
A must stop in San Antonio. Some of the best food in the area and my favorite Mediterranean cuisine in the Austin/San Antonio metroplex. The place is spotless with a 100 rating which is super hard to achieve in the restaurant industry. Stop by and get some awesome service and good food.
I shamelessly will overpay for DoorDash to deliver this delicious Mediterranean cuisine. I've been chasing the flavor of this chicken shawarma for years. Perfectly cooked, and delectably tender chicken is paired so very well with pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and topped with a flavorful garlic sauce, all wrapped up in warm, soft tannour bread. So yummy. Take all of my money.
First thing i noticed was how clean and inviting the patio was as I made my way into the restaurant which was just as clean. I was greeted immediately with a smile and seated . Now to the meat of it. Food was great, seasoned well good size portion and fresh. I would definitely recommend this place to any one who enjoys tasty Mediterranean food..
What an amazing find! Dallah's food was perfection. We enjoyed the hummus appetizer, and the combination plates of gyro, and chicken shawarma with rice. Hakim was our server and he was so attentive and friendly. We also had the pleasure of meeting Sam who ensured our meal and experience was perfection. 10/10 will be back and would recommend.
Food, service and ambiance were FANTASTIC. Very authentic. Portions are very generous. The cheese they use is out of this world GOOD. We will be back
Love love Mediterranean food and this place was good... I enjoyed my plate. Parking was easy, since the restaurant was located in a large strip mall. Lots of outdoor and indoor seating were available. We were immediately greeted by our server and was able to choose our seating. I ordered the koobideh kafta kebab. Loved it! Tasty with the perfect amount of spice and juiciness. I chose the Greek salad sans feta and enjoyed it so much. I don't know what kind of dressing it was tossed with, but it was delicious! The garlic sauce that accompanied the kafta was super garlicky, but that's the way I like it.... smothered that all over my koobideh. The rest of the table ordered : Gyro wrap- mostly meat which was fine, but it needed some produce for color, taste, and variety. Kabab Combination plate- my friend found the chicken to be very dry and the beef gamey. Combination plate- the chicken shawarma was dry. Great service. Food needs a little tweak with the way it's cooked. Chicken breast can be very dry and gyro needs some life with color instead of one sliced tomato. Free cheesecake offer with check in is not available anymore, but they were nice enough to honor one slice of cheesecake for the table to share.
This location is close to the medical area of San Antonio. Ample parking for all of the businesses there. Plenty of seating between the outside and inside. Our server was great, friendly and attentive enough. I ordered the Gyro and fries, it was good, there was a lot of meat! I feel like it could have had some other veggies in there too, maybe some lettuce.. ? My husband got a combo plate and felt that the meat tasted a little gamy (wild). Overall a good experience.
Delicious food and wonderful service! Although the meal was great, I thought our server made the experience superb. (He was super attentive and cracked some jokes, which is always a plus for me lol.) The interior was nicely decorated, and there is also outdoor seating available. For the appetizer, I tried the Labneh, which is a dairy/cheese dip accompanied by pita bread. The labneh reminded me of somewhat of a thicker sour cream/yogurt, and it was good but I think my taste buds prefer a less tart dip. I also got the Lamb Tikka Kabab, which was cooked medium rare and seasoned perfectly. Also, portion sizes were reasonable for the price. I'll be adding Dallah into my rotation of go-to Mediterranean spots in SA!
This was the first time l've tried authentic Mediterranean dishes but let me tell you, it was such a wonderful experience! The minute we walked in, they were oh so friendly and warm, making sure to answer any questions about the menu we had, not to mention giving us time to look it over thoroughly. It's definitely a great place to go if it's your first time trying something new! The food however was fresh, and I had to do a little dance in my seat from just how yummy it all was. It's hard to find a place that fills you up, physically but also satisfyingly but this pace does the job, and we still left with left overs from how packed our plates were, which were beautifully crafted by the way! Not to mention the ambience was colorful and warm! This is such an amazing gem, that I hope others can experience as well. This is now one of my favorite spots to eat in SA for sure!
